Terms of Service

Burdur Marble operates as a specialized architectural natural stone project procurement desk. We curate, inspect, and coordinate premium Turkish marble, travertine, onyx, and limestone selections directly from verified Turkish quarries and processing facilities to meet exact international project specifications.

All official price quotations, commercial invoices, and contractual export supplies are executed strictly on an FOB (Free On Board) basis from designated Turkish container ports (principally İzmir, Antalya, Mersin, or Gemlik), unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed formal contract. Ocean freight, import customs, and destination inland transit are arranged under standard Incoterms® 2020 rules.

Natural stone is an authentic organic material forged over millions of years. Physical samples, digital slab photographs, and catalogue swatches serve as visual guides of general coloration and veining. Inherent variations in tone, calcite veining, crystalline density, and natural pitting are natural hallmarks of authentic stone and do not constitute material defects.

All export slabs and cut-to-size consignments are packed in heavy-duty, reinforced wooden export bundles and crates built to withstand international ocean freight. Weight distribution is calibrated to comply with standard 20ft container payload regulations.

Clients or their designated third-party inspection agents are welcome to conduct dry-lay inspections at our affiliated processing plants prior to container loading and container sealing.

All architectural renderings, stone photography, technical calculation algorithms, and written technical guides published on burdurmarble.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Burdur Marble and protected under international copyright treaties.
